ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Donte Woods-Spikes is a known for various forms of work such as professional speaking, community work, and video documentation. For his work he has been interviewed by various news sources, included on panels, and involved in a multitude of projects. Donte’s overall goal is to educate and connect the world beyond perceptions and stereotypes with authentic experiences through storytelling and documentation.

EVENT DETAILS

Free parking available in Main Library’s attached garage. The Library opens at 1 p.m. The Siemer Family Reading Room opens at 1 p.m. for seating, and the program will begin at 2 p.m.

The event is free to the public but registration is requested.
