This November, join the Plain City Writing Group for a discussion on showing vs. telling. You may have heard the phrase “show, don’t tell,” but are there times when it’s better to summarize than describe in detail? Learn the ins-and-outs of scene and summary at our next writing workshop.
After the discussion, there will be time for sharing, critique, and writing sprints. Please bring your favorite writing utensils and any writing projects you may want to work on.
