Drop in any time between 6:00-8:00 pm for spooky stories, tours of Thurber House, and more!
IMPORTANT: If you plan on attending the bonfire storytelling, please bring your own lawn chair or blanket.
For our adult Halloween fans and paranormal enthusiasts, we’ll have an adult-only bonfire night with drinks and spooky storytelling with award-winning author John Kachuba. Tours of the haunted Thurber House will also be available during the event. Tours will detail the real life historical events that some say have contributed to decades of ghostly activity at 77 Jefferson Avenue, as well as Thurber House’s most intriguing ghost stories from staff and visiting authors.
Note: This is an adult-only event. All guests must be 21 or older.
Rain site: In the event of inclement weather, we will move all outdoor activities inside to Thurber Center (91 Jefferson Avenue, Columbus, OH 43215).
